Our story

Rastro Isa is a family operated business, which started with the dynamic couple of Liz and Pete Ritson in 1979. Being musicians they had decided to come and live and start a business in the Alfaz del pi area in 1974. They saw  potential for growth in the area with a strong expat community and a new and vibrant democratic Spain. The idea was that if people were out buying new furniture, there would also be room for a second-hand market of which we are proud to say we were one of the first. The business was an instant success, as customers lined up in the morning, waiting for the shop to opena and find a bargain.
